The Modular Clean Air Handling Unit (AHU) is an integrated, modular air treatment system that combines cooling, dehumidification, heating, humidification, filtration, and sterilization functions into a single configurable platform. Unlike standard air conditioning systems that address temperature alone, this unit enables free combination of functional sections tailored to project-specific requirements—delivering clean, constant-temperature and constant-humidity air environments for facilities with stringent indoor air quality demands. With a capacity range of 25 kW to 104 kW​ and airflow from 6,150 to 24,000 m³/h, these units are engineered for pharmaceutical workshops, food processing zones, electronics cleanrooms, hospital operating theatres, laboratories, and museums.

Flexible Functional Section Configuration

At the core of the product lies its modular design. Twelve functional sections—including mixing, filtration, cooling/dehumidification coil, heating, humidification, fan, and sterilization—can be selected and arranged based on actual project needs, ensuring you never pay for unnecessary features.

The three-stage filtration combined with a sterilization section​ delivers comprehensive air purity: a primary filter captures coarse particulate matter, a medium-efficiency filter removes fine particles, and a sub-high-efficiency filter provides further particulate reduction. The downstream sterilization section eliminates residual microorganisms, ensuring supply air meets GMP cleanroom standards for pharmaceutical plants and hospital operating theatres.

For precision temperature and humidity control, the unit utilizes rotary or scroll compressors for refrigeration, PTC electric heating (12–30 kW), and electrode humidification (9–25 kg/h). This enables summer dehumidification and winter humidification, maintaining stable year-round parameters. The dual backward-curved centrifugal fans, driven by AC or EC motors, deliver airflow up to 24,000 m³/h​ with smooth, low-noise operation. The entire system operates on 380 V industrial-grade power​ and is available in nine models (J25–J100), scalable from precision electronics workshops to large-scale commercial spaces such as shopping malls and exhibition halls.
